David Herdson

David lives in Crigglestone and is committed to giving Wakefield Rural a strong, independent, local voice.  He is an experienced former councillor and has served as a school governor and housing trust director (unpaid), as well as working with other community groups.  His priorities, if elected, alongside representing the villages of the ward, will be improving access to housing, getting better bus services to our more remote areas (including cross-county routes), driving up standards of social care, and tackling speeding in and between our villages.
